I would like to offer a developmental edit.

A developmental edit is an edit where a reader focuses specifically on
things like plot structure, themes, character development, pacing etc. It's
distinct from a traditional beta read in that I'm not going to focus on
your spelling and grammar but on bigger picture things like imagery and
effective language use.

This is a great tool if you have a tricky manuscript and you can't work out
why it isn't working or if you feel like you want help to improve your
craft and progress as a writer.

I have been writing for about twenty years and have a master's degree in
creative writing.

I may not be able to comment on correlation to canon in character but can
certainly give my impression of charter within the text. I will read one
draft of your manuscript and offer detailed notes and suggestions which i
am willing to discuss. I won't read multiple drafts, a beta reader would be
an appropriate next step.
